TL;DR They took 9 days when they quoted me 3, installed my fans incorrectly, and scratched my brand new $450... component.I dropped my computer in here to get watercooling and 6 fans installed. I was quoted 2-3 days. They took 9 days, 10 including the day it was taken in.They charged me $195. Four of the six fans didn't have their lights connected. One of them was even installed the wrong way up. Complete lack of attention to detail.As far as customer service goes, on three separate occasions, I rang them and talked to Justin. He told me he would call me back each time. I didn't hear back a single time. The only time I heard back was after 9 days to advise me that it was finished. I drove across town to pick it up on Sunday the 11th of February because their google page and website said they were open until 2 pm, and they were closed.And to top it all off, they left a permanent mark on my brand new watercooler's LCD screen, which shows up on the screen when it's turned on, as you can see in the attached image. They also bent multiple fins on the top of the radiator. They even used the wrong screws to install the radiator, damaging even more fins because the screws were too long. I gave them a bag with all the screws and instructions as well. You would think professional computer technicians would be more careful. They're total amateurs.When I went to pick it up I was denied a discount and even told that they didn't get to boot it due to "time constraints" (even though they took 6 days longer than expected).The cable management was non-existent even though I requested they rearrange it. The back of the pc is a complete rats nest.I would not bring my computer here again. There are cheaper places with much faster turnaround times.read more

Their service is quick and efficient.I called up about an ethernet issue, they were able to identify it as a... motherboard problem and added a new Ethernet adapter to my PC tower, and were able to return my PC to me the same day I dropped it off.The PC repair people are only in during the week (according to the lady I spoke on the phone to), so keep that in mind.read more

Nice guys behind the counter. Repaired my laptop Hardrive not booting by the next business day. Digital receipts are... handy. 4pm close on buisness days, but open early enough to tie in with work.
